This agreement is between MIGHTY CREW operating as INFLUENCE and the creator listed below.

Campaign Name: Reve Creatives
The creator agrees to the following requirements:
- Create and publish a minimum of 1 video.
- Deliver a minimum total of 300,000 views across all posted videos on Instagram.
- If the total views from the first three published videos do not meet the 300,000 view requirement on Instagram, the creator must publish additional videos until the total view count across all posted videos on Instagram meets or exceeds 300,000 views.
- Implement and run DM automation using ManyChat or a similar tool as part of the posting and distribution process.
- All videos must be posted on both Instagram, YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
- Creator must send all drafts to INFLUENCE for review and approval before posting.
- Creator agrees to make reasonable edits requested by INFLUENCE or Reve AI, Inc.
- All videos must be posted no later than December 30.
- INFLUENCE and Reve AI, Inc. have the right to use the creator's content for:
- ads
- reposting
- promotion
- testimonials
- paid and organic marketing across any channels
- These rights are non exclusive, royalty free, and worldwide.
- All posts must remain live and public for at least 6 months from the posting date.
- The total agreed payment for this collaboration is $450 USD.
- Payment will be issued only after all deliverables outlined in this agreement are completed, posted, and confirmed live in accordance with the terms.
- If the creator fails to complete the required deliverables or does not meet the minimum requirements stated in this agreement, INFLUENCE reserves the right to withhold payment in full.
- If the creator does not fulfill the agreed deliverables or violates the terms of this agreement, the agreement may be considered void and payment may be withheld.
