- The creator agrees to create and publish 2 videos.
- All videos must be posted on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Creator must send all drafts to INFLUENCE for review and approval before posting.
- Creator agrees to make reasonable edits requested by INFLUENCE or Reve AI, Inc.
- Both videos must be posted no later than the date mutually agreed upon in writing via email or other written communication between the creator and INFLUENCE.
- INFLUENCE and Reve AI, Inc. have the right to use the content for organic promotional purposes only.
- These rights are non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and valid for three months from the posting date.
- Paid advertising usage rights are not included in this agreement.
- All posts must remain live and public for at least 6 months from the posting date.
- The total agreed payment for this collaboration is $7,000 USD.
- 50 percent of the payment will be issued upfront upon signature of this agreement.
- The remaining 50 percent will be issued after both videos are posted and confirmed live according to the terms.
- If the combined total views across the two Instagram videos exceed 800,000 views within the first 15 days of posting, the creator will receive a $1,000 USD performance bonus.
- The creator must comply with platform policies and all applicable advertising disclosure requirements, including FTC guidelines where relevant.
- If the creator does not fulfill the agreed deliverables or violates the terms of this agreement, the agreement may be considered void and payment may be withheld.
